LCD Adjustment
I'd think this one would want to see 1024x768 at 60Hz. If the refresh rate is any higher, it may simply refuse to display an image (some monitors pop up an error such as "Signal out of range", "Invalid mode", etc., but a cheapy may not do this.) -- A. VGA LCD flicker
When set to 1024x768 the display reports 'out of range' and shows a badly distorted picture. Short of stuffing a scope on the output to see what it is up to, is there a way of forcing a specific refresh rate? 800x600 is ugly, given that the panel size is 1024x768. The settings are stored in the Registry.
